Day 9: Today the sun made an appearance. Even though it is still a little chilly, the walk around the neighborhood was the highlight of my day. It’s funny how sometimes the most unlikely situations force you to really appreciate the small and big gifts in life. Tonight I am presenting you with another favorite – Sculpey pens. You know I love everything Sculpey related, but this one is a personal favorite! I happen to love functional, useful art — especially when you don’t want art that clutters your house. No one will steal this pen. The supply list is below. And if you’re interested in learning more about Sculpey, check out my guide for beginners here.
WHAT DO I NEED?
BIC ROUND STICK PENS – this is important! Other brands will melt in the oven and this brand does not.
SCULPEY – I like this sampler for beginners. Trust me, you’ll be entertained for hours.
TOOTHPICK or POINTY TOOL
ACRYLIC ROLLER– if you do not have one, don’t fret! You can use a washable marker as a rolling pin. You can even use a can of soup. If you use the soup can, take the wrapper off first.
