Day 8: I went back and forth asking myself if this one should be considered a craft. Since we used glue and googly eyes, I decided that it counts. When my brother and I were kids we used to draw faces on our chins and have little performances and it always got a great reaction. A few months ago, before all of this social distancing, I introduced the concept of Chinkins to my kids and their friends. I put it up on tiktok and tried to start a Chinikin challenge. Let’s just say that we all had a great laugh. And we all could use as much laughter as humanly possible right now. So…I would love to see who can be the most creative with their Chinikin performance. WHAT DO I NEED?
- GOOGLY EYES (if you do not have these, you can draw eyes on)
- CRAFT GLUE or SCHOOL GLUE
- THAT’S IT!
- HOODED SWEATSHIRT
HOW DO I MAKE THEM?
- GLUE THE EYES ON THE CHIN AND LET IT DRY
- PULL THE HOOD SO THAT IT COVERS YOUR NOSE
- HANG UPSIDE DOWN OFF THE BACK OF THE COUCH
